CARNIVAL 2023/24 PARENT INFORMATION

Dunnville Skating Club is proud to present this year's 2024 Carnival Fundraiser...
"Dunnville on Broadway"
March 1, 2024, at 7:00 pm
Our Annual Carnival show is a Fundraiser. Everyone is welcome to attend. Tickets are $10 each, children 6 and under are free. Tickets will be sold at the door and presale tickets will be handed out starting February 14th, 2024 (come see us to get yours). The door prize this year is a $500 Gift Certificate GREAT WOLF LODGE!!!! You don’t have to attend to win the prize! There will also be 50/50 tickets, flowers, and chocolates sold at the event (Cash only). The arena canteen will be open the night of Carnival (they accept cash, debit, credit)
We will have Alesha Allen Photography there the day of to take photos of your children. Order forms will be going home in the coming weeks should you wish to order photos of your child. Picture order forms are due no later than February 28th.
The night of Carnival…
All skaters will receive their costumes and have their photos done the night of the show. Dressing rooms will be labeled. Please bring your child to their designated room and help them get their costumes on. We will have dressing room supervisors so once they are ready you may go enjoy the show. Please note we are still looking for Volunteers to help in dressing rooms during the show. If you or anyone you know would like to volunteer, please let us know.
We will have reserved seating for our skaters to sit and watch the show we ask that all skaters stay there or in their rooms so we can find them easily when its time for their performance.
All StarSkate Private skaters are asked to be at the arena by 6:00 pm
All CanSkaters in the first half of the performance are asked to come to the Arena by 6:15 pm.
First Half Performances:
1. Monday Blue Group - Beauty and the Beast
2. Wednesday Yellow Group - Mary Poppins – Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
3. Monday Red Group - The Wizard of Oz – Munchkinland
4. Monday Yellow Group - The Sound of Music - My Favorite Things
5. Wednesday Red Group - Annie - Hard-Knock Life
Children in the 1st half are welcome to leave after the 1st half is done. (Please leave your child’s costume in the rooms before you leave).
All CanSkaters and Pre StarSkaters in the second half of the performance can make their way to their dressing rooms at 7:30 pm or at the end of the Munchkinland performance (which ever comes first).

2. Monday Green Group - Hairspray - Your Can't Stop the Beat
3. Wednesday Blue Group - Grease - We Go Together
4. Wednesday Green Group - Wicked - One Short Day
Once the show is complete you may get your child from their dressing room. (Please leave your child’s costume in the rooms).
